Overview

Casa Mimosa is in a lovely quiet location at Vale de Milho, Carvoeiro. The villa is situated on the edge of the 9 hole golf course. This 3 bedroomed detached property has views from the roof terrace overlooking part of the golf course. The garden surrounds the property and has a sitting terrace adjoining the sitting room with steps down to the pool and a further large terraced area. There is a built in barbecue and seating area for outside dining.

INTERIOR:

Well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob with both gas and electric rings. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a log burning fire. Large flat screen television with free to view satellite channels. Both CD and DVD player are provided.

Bedroom 1 with the option of either twin or double bedroom. Full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to the sitting terrace which overlooks the pool.

Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

There is a shared bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 comprising, bath, bath shower, hand basin, bidet and toilet.

The villa has a safe.

Plenty of free standing fans provided.

Household linen and towels.

Villa cleaning.

N.B. The villa owners request that guests do not smoke in the villa.

OUTSIDE:

The 11 x 5 metre pool varies in depth from 1.10 2.20 metres with graduated step entry. The pool is heated and has the benefit of an outside shower.

The garden surrounds the property and has a sitting terrace adjoining the sitting room with steps down to the pool and a further large terraced area. There is a built in barbecue and seating area for outside dining.

Carvoeiro is noted for its wide choice of restaurants offering friendly service with a good choice of local and international dishes. A wide variety of interesting shops adds to the atmosphere of this delightful small town.
