Overview

This recently built apartment is in the sunny central Algarve in Armacao de Pera. It is a golfer's paradise and a family favourite. It is ideally situated with easy access to Zoomarine and Aqualand.There are few lively disco bars and beach bars in town and Albufeira's famous Strip is a short drive or taxi away for more entertainment and night-clubs
The apartment is situated on the second floor in a private condominium complex and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is 3-4 mins away from the beach, centre of town, supermarkets and tourist office. It is about 4 mins away from the main bus stop. For people wishing to holiday with other families/groups there other apartments are available in the same complex. Ideal for golf clubs wishing to avail a selection of the best golf courses in Europe as we can arrange accommodation for large parties.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs complete with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine etc. The table seats 6 comfortably.
There is a comfy corner suite in the living room which converts to a double bed, which is bigger than the standard uk bed settee. There is a tv and dvd player with a selection of dvds. There are also a selection of games, perfect to unwind after a busy day at the beach,pool, Zoomarine etc.
The apartment overlooks the large pool area which is only accessible with a key available to residents only. You will of course be given this key on your arrival. The large pool area consists of two swimming pools, one kids pool and the other is the main swimming pool.
The complex has an entry phone and is only accessed by this or your key. You will be greeted on your arrival by our apartment manager.

The property is situated a short walk from the boulevard, where there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Armacao de Pera is a popular place for holidays all year round, even for the Portuguese.Activities (on site or nearby): Hiking, Golf, Tennis, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Sailing, Jet Skiing, Golf. If you want more than just Armacao de Péra then there are many activities just a short drive from the apartment. Aqualand, a giant water park set among lawns and palms with a huge array of pools and slides is located just two kilometers away at Alcantarilha. Zoomarine, part zoo and part theme park with amazing shows and much more is five kilometers away at Guia. A bird sanctuary is located two kilometers away as well as some beautiful walks.

great apartment, close to shops etc

I stayed in this apartment in July and had the time of my life.My friend and I took a taxi into Albufiera some nites and it was brilliant. My parents loved the fact that although the apartment was close to all the shops and beach, it wasn't noisy at nite. We all would highly recommend it
