This bright Ground floor apartment with two terraces, opens onto the gardens and near the two swimming pools (one for children), with the Alvor beach only 300 metres away. Accommodation consists of: a bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed (one up: one down) in the lounge; bathroom with bath / shower, bidet; living room with dining and sitting areas for 4 persons; fully equipped kitchen; two terraces with garden table and chairs. TV cable, and secure car parking space provided. Air-conditioning & heating available in living room, and seperate heating for bedroom. Cleaning / change of Bedding provided weekly, and also One free Wash load at adjacent Laundry facility included! The apartment can be rented All year round.....Located 300 metres from the Beach and Harbour, and the historical centre of Alvor village. With easy access to top Golf Courses(3 kms), and to Portimao (5 kms).

* Payment is required in Euros as agreed by the owner.
* A Deposit of 30% is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, unless by prior agreement. Payment is by transfer directly to the owners bank account. Check-In is after 15.00 hrs on Arrival Day, and Check-Out is by 12.00 hrs on Departure Day. We reserve the right to Refuse any Reservation requests at our own discretion.

Alvor is a small fishing village 5 kms west of Portimao and only 50 minutes from Faro airport.
