Overview

NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS.SMOKING NOT PERMITTED IN THE APT. (best place kitchen patio area). Gardens to front, side and rear with both sun and shade so suits all. Tinted glass to windows, stays very cool, no air con necessary, security grills to windows/doors, so good air flow, as you can leave apt doors open, has private car parking.

There is a safe in the main bedroom, a lock can be rented via complex main reception, 15euros/wk with 30 euros refundable deposit.

There are excellent amenities for the children, and it is away from any main busy road.
Private hospital, and dentists close by with additional parking.

Beach is the widest /longest around with coves for shade and wide open areas also, you can drive right onto it and park for FREE and have a beer at one of the bars which is a real plus as most beaches do not have this access.
It is close to the nearby Alto Club,Penina, and Palamares golf courses with a max 20 mins drive.
Slide and Splash water park is nearby, with Zoomarine with dolphin shows 40mins away. These trips can be booked via reception with coach transport if required, together with car hire should you decide upon this whilst there.

There are boat/ sea fishing trips, can be booked via Portimao harbour and a good local bus service with stops outside the complex.

Available for long term lets, but for Winter bookings Oct-March electricity and gas is charged in addition depending on the period (£15-£25/ wk).

Apartment rates are Sat - Sat but the changeover day can be any, as if booked between these dates whichever is the higher rate will apply, if the rate is the same a £50 supplement will be charged to cover this.
The apartment is cleaned prior to your stay, if additional cleaning is required this can be agreed seperately with you.
The apartment has no disabled access.

A 25% of cost deposit secures the booking the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday, less than this the full balance is payable on booking.
Refundable security/damage deposit is £225 repaid within 15 days of your holiday if all is in order.

A disc with additional images can be sent to you, if required.
