Located at the Alto golf resort and recently extended to 5 bedrooms, Casa Louisa is air conditioned throughout, has its own private pool, is individually designed, privately owned and furnished to an extremely high standard. Built over 3 levels, this property is an ideal choice should you require more privacy amongst extended family groups. The property is accessed through a grand entrance hall with staircase leading to living accommodation, comprising large lounge diner with patio doors opening onto large balcony, garden furniture and overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Also on this floor is the fully equipped kitchen and twin bedroom plus shower room. Upstairs leads to master suite with double bed, own sitting area, en-suite bathroom and private master balcony. Downstairs leads to the other 3 bedrooms; one double with separate walk-in dressing area, en-suite and patio doors to pool terrace. The other 2 twin bedrooms share a large bathroom. With one having patio doors to pool terrace. Set in its own grounds this beautiful villa provides comfort and privacy whilst still having access to the excellent facilities of the Alto golf and country club including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, tennis courts and much more. It is walking distance to the brand new Alto golf club house with bar and restaurant as well as a couple of other bars and restaurants, and is conveniently place mid way (approx 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car) between Alvor and Praia da Rocha. Air conditioning is included in the cost of this villa.
