This Large 4 bedroomed villa is surrounded by lovely gardens with great views over the Algarve countryside whilst being only a 5 minute walk down to the wonderful beach of Gale. With a good sized pool and outside bbq , this villa makes a great choice for a family holiday or group of friends .

The villa is now fully air-conditioned for 2006/2007 season ( Extra Charge )

Lots of bars , restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk of the property whilst the old town of Albufeira with its hundreds of bars, restaurants clubs and shops is only a short ten minute drive away .

This property also includes 2 free transfers per week to the centre of Albufeira and back to the villa for up to 8 passengers. Transfers are between the hours of 09.00 - 20.00 hours and must be pre-booked .

This 4 bedroomed detached villa with full air-conditioning is in a great spot being only four hundred meters from the beach of Gale which stretches along 5 kms of golden sands over to Armaçao De Pera and also lots of bars , restaurants and a large supermarket within a 5 minutes walk of the property .

Situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac , there will be no passing traffic to spoil those lazy days around the pool area .

This villa as a fully equipped kithen and 2 full sized bathrooms and as a small dining table and chairs in the kitchen as well as another larger dining room table and chairs in the lounge area .

The villa also as a satelite system , for those who still require a little bit of England .

Location & area

First and foremost, Albufeira is famed for its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs.

This is a place where people live to the rythm of the great holiday destinations, sunbathing during the day and at sunset flocking to enjoy the restaurants, bars and discos that liven the night-time hours.

Just a few miles inland and everything changes. The green of the countryside is dotted with almond, fig, orange and pine trees and decorated chimneys stand out against the ochre of tiled roofs.

Also for the Kids among us there are plenty of Golf Courses , Water and Theme Parks

As a result of the tide of tourism this once upon a time fishing village has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort and now has over 12,000 permanent residents.

The centre of the town changes its character after the sunsets. A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up with the tourist until they over spill into the narrow streets.

There is a good selection of good beaches rthat run both to the east and west from the town. Praia de Balaia, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d'Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa, and Praia de São Rafael, being the main ones.

A new Marina is nearing completion on the west side of the town and will offer a different and attractive aspect.
