Ground floor: Large Hall area with storage facilities, double bedroom, bathroom including shower, modern well equipped kitchen with door access to the back garden, large dining area with 2 sets of double doors to the back garden, large living room with double doors to the front of the house.
First Floor: large master bedroom with bathroom including bath and separate
shower, large triple bedroom (double & single beds) with a

Sun terraces to the front and rear of the villa, electronic vehicular access system and manual pedestrian access which can be locked, providing a safe environment for children to play in.

Location & area

The villa is located in Olhos de Agua, wich still remains the atmosphere of the fishing village. The name Olhos D'Agua, that means "Water Eyes", derives from the fresh water springs that can be found amongst the rocks, during the low tide.



The village is now a busy and lively resort with a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and a market.


The closest beach is Olhos de Agua, with fine and white sand, rock pools and amazing cliffs, excellent for diving, fishing and aquatic sports...
