Situated in a private condominium, this luxury 1 bedroom apartment has everything that you may require to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is furnished to a very high standard with a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and Siemens appliances. The kitchen is fitted with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It also has a separate living/dinning area, bedroom and fully fitted bathroom all leading off from the hallway. The bedroom has 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in lounge area. The apartment has two separate balconies overlooking two swimming pools and landscaped gardens. It is fitted with Air Conditioning (hot and cold)in the lounge area and bedroom, and is fitted with a safe. It also has electronically operated shutters for added security. The apartment block is fitted with keypad and video entry system which is only accessible by tenants or on site Management Company.
This apartment is situated to the rear of the condominium and benefits from no passing traffic. There is also a dedicated underground car park space with elevator from the garage to all floors of the apartment block. The underground car park area is only accessible with a remote control.
This apartment is ideal for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and high standards. The onsite management company can arrange car hire, taxis, tickets for excursions etc. should you wish to explore the Algarve.
For all you golfers, it is close to many of the Algarves finest golf courses, Balaia & Salgados to name but a few. Parque da Corcovada is approx a 15 min walk to Santa Eulalia beach, with an even shorter walking distance to an assortment of bars and restaurants and the ever popular strip.
