Overview

The 'Farm Village' is a safe private complex, providing an attractive peaceful setting with lovely swimming pools, tennis court, yet close enough to the charming Albufeira town for all the action / nightlife. This Two bedroom apartment is new and is furnished to high standard, with electronic blinds, central vacuum cleaning system, integral radio system, air-conditioning / heating, etc. With two bedrooms: one with large double bed, and en-suite facilities including a jacuzzi bath; one twin bedded room and facility for one extra child bed, with separate shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, including washing machine, dish washer, fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The living room / dining area is spacious, and equipped with a double sofa bed, cable television / integral radio system. Table and chairs are available on one of the various balconies, also with a barbecue facility. A full size tennis court on site for your use: if you are keen bring your kit!

* Prices are based upon 5 sharing. Only those guests registered at time of booking may occupy the apartment.
Subject to availability, a deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking.
The balance is due to be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, or at the time of booking if within this period.
The price includes weekly cleaning service, water and electricity costs.
Linen is provided (excluding beach towels) and the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery etc.
There is a washing machine available for guests at no extra charge.
There is no charge for parking or use of the pool but please bring your equipment if you want to play tennis. #

This apartment is in the perfect location for a Peaceful holiday in "Farm Village" a small modern private complex, and only five minutes ride away from the active resort of Albufeira, with its breathtaking views of the Ocean.

Providing the best of Both worlds: .... a Calm setting, with the swimming pools and tennis court on hand in the complex .... yet close enough to fine Algarve Beaches, and many other beautiful Coves can be explored if you wish .... the Evenings come alive with atmosphere in the exciting Old Town!

Only a two minutes walk from the apartment is the 'Al Cocheira' Restaurant, providing good Portuguese food. The local supermarket, coffee shop and bakery is only five minutes walk away and next to the bus stop to get into town. The Giro bus Day Pass is an economical way of getting around, or take a five minute taxi ride and you are in town. Fishermans Beach is only 20 minutes away if you want to walk. A car is therefore not necessary but would be useful if you want to explore the Algarve further, or play golf at Salgados course, only ten minutes drive away. The property is about 30 minutes by car from Faro airport.

Located in a new Complex of only 2 years old, this apartment is on the first floor and close to the swimming pools. Air-conditioning is available in the apartment. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a large Double bed, and en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath with a jacuzzi / shower / bidet, etc. With two windows and electric blinds fitted. The Second Bedroom has two Single beds and also another fold down bed ideal for a child. Open balcony with electric blinds fitted. Seperate bathroom with shower. Additional features include a toaster, cafe machine, central vacuum system / vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. Smoking is only permitted on one of the many Balconies, and there are outside table and chairs available. Access for elderly people is reasonable but they would need to use a small flight of stairs.
