Overview

Windmill Hill is a low rise spacious complex, consisting of only 91 units. Set in beautiful landscaped garden the swimming pool with children’s section is positioned alongside the restored windmill and overlooks Albufeira old town and the magnificent Algarve coastline. There are plenty of sunbeds and sunshades available around the swimming pool as well as large grassy areas.
A snack bar is available during the summer months, there are 2 tennis courts and plenty of free parking for guests. A computer with internet access is available at reception (1 euros for 15 mins).

The accommodation comprises of:-
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom 1 - twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors with direct access to sunny terrace. Electronic safe, hairdryer and hair straighteners.
Bedroom 2 - twin beds and adjacent shower room.
Large fitted robes and mirrors in both rooms.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom with bath/shower over, twin basins, bidet and WC.
Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Kitchen: Washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Living Rooms: The spacious living area has 2 large sofas + chair, TV with cable (incl. BBC and ITV), DVD and select. of films, CD/radio with selection of CDs & i-pod speakers (also charges ipod), indoor dining table for 4/6. Patio doors access the terrace with BBQ.
Other: The lounge area also has a full size single bed with another full size bed underneath, the apartment can therefore sleep up to 6 persons. If preferred a put-you-up bed is available for use in one of the bedrooms.
The apartment is at the end of a small block of only six apartments and has its own private large sunny terrace with BBQ, dining for 6 people and sun loungers. There is also a clothes dryer and pegs (as well as a clothes maiden inside the apartment which can be used inside or out).

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels. Electronic safe provided. Maid service several times per week.

Location & area

Albufeira is one of the Algarve’s most popular resorts that retain its Portuguese character. The pretty historic old town has cobbled streets lined with whitewashed houses, restaurants and shops, the central square has acts / entertainment during the summer. Our management company (office 5 mins walk) are available to help you with any queries, booking trips, airport transfers etc.



The lovely town beach with its golden sand is only 5-10 minutes walk away from the apartment. A longer walk along this beach and over the cliff tops will bring you to more secluded coves and beaches. Within a short drive there are numerous other beaches varying from the sandy coves at Sao Rafael to the long stretches of golden sand at Gale, Praia Grande (near Pera) and Falesia.
