Overview

The apartment:
Spacious, contemporary, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Access to all local amenities by foot although the more adventurous traveller may wish to explore further by local transport or car.

Accessibility:
Lift access to all floors and garage, the front entry door has video/keypad control from apartment, and is close to the local site office which provides a range o fadvice and services to residents.

Outside:
there are 3 terraces 2 with sea views.The complex has a communal swimming pool and Beautifully landscaped grounds with on site cafe, children's play area & crazy golf.On site cafe/restaurant is close by and provides friendly services. An underground garage provides secure parking for 2 cars.

Coast/Beach:
There are many beautiful golden sandy beaches in the vicinity, the closest being the Praia da Oura only 1o minutes walk away, although there is a shuttle bus from Corcovada which also takes you to Fisherman’s beach in the Old Town. Praia da Santa Eulalia is another wonderful beach only 5 minutes further on.

Golf:
Parque da Corcovada is well located for access to 9 golf courses within easy driving distance, the closest being 10 minutes away, and there are another 26 courses to try along the Algarve! Elected as the “Established golf destination of the year 2006” it attracts many golfing visitors from all over the world to play on the finest and most challenging courses.

Travel:
Faro airport is serviced by most budget airlines and is only 30 minutes by car/taxi. Airport pickups can be arranged (on request) and car hire companies can be recommended, but is not essential.

Distances;
Faro 40km, Lagos 45km, Portimao 35km, Tavira 60km, Vilamoura 22km, Lisbon 256km (reached within 3 hours via fast toll motorway). Local shops/supermarkets are minutes on foot, and taxis into Albufeira Old Town only cost 5 euros.

Further details:
Albufeira is regarded as the tourist capital of the Algarve, and being so central it facilitates quick and easy access to visit all the other Algarve resorts. The Old Town still retains its charm, especially in the evenings. As a tourist resort it remains open all year round. Children are particularly catered for with nearby Karting, Animal Park, Zoomarine, Slide & Splash and Aqualand, and golfers have a large choice of world-class courses to play on.

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required on booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payment by bank transfer or cheque.
£100 breakage deposit required (refundable within 10 days of departure).
The apartment must be vacated by noon on the day of departure unless agreed with the owner in advance.
