Situated only a few meters from the beach, this cosy house with 60m2, is situated in a traditional street in old Albufeira. Only 2/3 minutes by foot from the beach where you will find restaurants, cafes, night clubs and all kind of commerce.

This beach house is ideal for everyone who likes holiday without car. ItÂ’s situated in the high centre of Albufeira where you do not hear any noise from the house. This house has 3 floors: you will find a kitchen, a comfortable living-room/dining-room and one bathroom in down floor, one double bedroom in the first floor and other bedroom with two individual bedrooms and private bathroom. This bedroom has access to great close balcony with shower where you can rest or have a refresh bath. This house has conditioning air and all you need for a holiday beach.
