The modern detached villa, which was completed in early 2009, is conveniently located just 700m from the lovely Castelo sandy beach. There is a good selection of shops, bar and restaurants in the immediate area that can be reached on foot. The villa is located just 3km west of Albufeira, the Algarve’s most popular resort. In addition the Algarve shopping mall is just 6km away near the pretty little village of Guia. The Golf course of Salgados just 2.9Km away. Aquatic Parks, Zoomarine and the Albufeira Marina are also just a short drive away.

Patio doors from the living room and a door from the kitchen give access to the shaded terrace. Patio furniture and a Brick Built BBQ are available to enjoy ‘Al Fresco’ dining at its best. A spacious sun terrace surrounds the 9m x 4m swimming pool which has roman steps for easy access. Sun beds, parasols and a poolside shower compliment this lovely pool and make for an idea place for family fun in the sun. There is a good area of lawn to the front and side of the villa along with ornamental gardens containing a number of fig trees, from where the villa takes its name. Off road parking is available for two cars behind lockable gates.
