Accommodation

The accommodation, which is on two levels, consists briefly on the ground floor of entrance hallway with guest WC, leading to very large sitting room with an open fireplace and dining area off.

Entertainment is provided here with a Satellite TV, having 4 English channels, a DVD Player and a music centre.


Leading off the living room, with a serving hatch to the dining area, is a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven and hob.

The washing machine is housed in a separate laundry room.


Also on this level there is a family bathroom and two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one having direct access to the pool and gardens.


Stairs from the sitting room lead to a gallery landing giving access to the master double bedroom, with bedroom with en-suite bathroom and twin bedroom also having an en-suite bathroom.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a large sun terrace having magnificent sea and coastal views.

It is within easy walking distance of the Praia Grande beach with the other beaches of Sao Rafael, Castelo, Evaristo and Gale being just a few minutes drive away. The villa is located just 3km west of Albufeira, the Algarve’s most popular resort. In addition the Algarve shopping mall is just 6km away near the pretty little village of Guia. The Golf course of Salgados just 2.9Km away. Aquatic Parks, Zoomarine and the Albufeira Marina are also just a short drive away. The villa benefits from Panoramic sea and coastal views.

From here there are well stocked, landscaped gardens and sun terraces surrounding a 10m x 4m swimming pool with ladder access. There is a poolside shower and steps from the terrace to the roof top solarium. A Barbeque and garden furniture are supplied to enjoy true ‘Alfresco’ dining. Sun beds and parasols are available to relax and soak up the sun in this lovely location. The villa offers good privacy with hedging all round the gardens. Off road parking is available in the drive, which has a shaded car port.
