The apartment comprises of a spacious entrance hall, two double bedrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen/living area and two bathrooms one with a bath and shower, the other with a walk in shower.

A feature of renovated period properties such as this is airy 4 metre ceilings which create a feeling of space and the apartment has been well appointed with modern features, such as a balcony leading from the master bedroom and high quality kitchen and bathrooms. The building has also been fitted with a lift.
