Overview

The property (4,600 m2) is wonderfully located by the fjord (10 meters) in the idyllic Åsskard area which is located in Surnadal municipality. The main cottage was built in 1905 and has a beautiful established garden with big maple trees and a natural stream running though the property. The property also comprises a large shed and two boat houses. Own bathing spot by the boat houses.

The first floor of the cottage has 2 living rooms with stunning fjord views, hallway, toilet and a large kitchen. There is access to a good sized veranda with amazing views, excellent for morning breakfasts and barbecues. The second floor has 5 bedrooms (3 double), hallway, shower room, toilet and a small balcony. Own indoor parking (3 cars max.).

The property is accessible by car or bus from Trondheim or Kristiansund. The closest airport is Trondheim airport or alternatively Kristiansund. There is about 2.5 hours drive from Trondheim to the cottage. The property is also accessible by boat from Trondheim/Kristiansund and it is close (10 km) to all amenities.
