Overview

Nordre Ekre Farm offers fine dining and accommodation in many of the old timber buildings on the farm. Standard room from NOK 650 pp. and superior room from NOK 900 pp. History and Location. The farm has got roots back to the 14th century, and the buildings today are from the 18th, 19th and 20th century. Located near to 3 National parks, and within an hour drive from both Jotunheimen and Rondane National reserves, Nordre Ekre is a perfect base for hiking tours in fantastic nature, as well for day trips in the region both to mountains and fjords. The river Sjoa is famous for river sports as kayaking and rafting, and runs next to our farm. Farm shop and CafeDuring the summer our farm shop and cafe is open and you can buy home made food products like jams, oils and home baked cakes. RestaurantOpen restaurant during the summer, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Todays set meny 2-, 3- or 4 courses (360,-/440,-/535,-) Table reservation required (+47 61234113).
