Overview
This elegant farm-house is situated at the west coast of Schuiven-Duiveland, near the village Noordwelle, the Grevelingensea and the beach of the Northsea. You can reach the lively centre of the seaside-place Renesse within a quarter of an hour by bike. The wonderful forest- and dunes area "de Boswachterij Westenschouwen" lies round the corner.
This more than three hundred years old holiday farm-cottage especially suits families or groups of friends. The cottage is spacious, has a living room with a comfortable lounge and open fireside, an elegant dining-room with two robust wooden tables, a separate, very complete kitchen with dish-washer and more modern utensils. On the ground-floor are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a private bathroom, which is not modern but comfortable. On the ground-floor is also a second room with washer, dryer, toilet and shower. There is a little room in between them, you can quietly sit there reading a book or play games.
From the floor in the middle of the house you can reach the first floor at the front side of the house. Here are three bedrooms, one of them with three beds and a hand-basin and two bedrooms with each two beds and a hand-basin. Via another steep stairs in the hall you get to the attics at the backside of the house. Here is a sleeping-loft with four beds and adjoined to that a bedroom for three persons with a wash-basin of their own. On this attics floor is also a room with a simple shower and toilet, here is even a big table and a washing-stand.
In the closed place at the backside you?ll find several lawn chairs. You can sit in the sun all around the house. The whole estate around the farm-cottage is about fifteen thousand square meters, the owner lives on the rear side. There are several vivariums with a.o. peacocks, chicken and Shetland-ponies.
In short a nice house to live in for old and young. As per special agreement, maximum 22 persons eventually can be placed there.
