This impressive holiday house with a spacious, nice and sunny garden, is situated at a calm side street, only ten minutes away by bike, from the cosy village of Groede in Zeeuws Vlaanderen. The beach of Breskens can be reached by bike in fifteen minutes time. Nice places you can visit from here are Sluis, Brugge and Cadzand, or you can cross from Breskens to Vlissingen, using the bicycle/pedestrian ferry. The house is sufficient for maximum four adults and four children.

The fully closed garden (fence) has a separate part, where children can play soccer, near to the house there are even a ping-pong table and a basketball. While you can sit nicely on the beautiful terrace with a free view on the polder, your children can play at the same time. When you enter the house via the open garden doors, you will reach the cosy living- room, furnished in the style of a "beach house". There is a lounge with an open fire-side and a dining corner. The half-open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all modern kitchen-utensils. On the ground floor you have a nice, modern bathroom with a tub and a bedroom with a bed-couch for two persons with two additional mattresses for more comfort. On the first floor is a bedroom for two persons and a lovely children's room with two bunk beds. A nice house for families, who like silence and much space.
