Overview

This comfortable apartment for two people is on the ground floor of a nice apartment complex. At the front there is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun and watch the world go by.
The beach is only 100 metres away and the centre of the village only 50 metres around the corner.

The apartment is modern and nicely decorated. At the front of the living room there is a sitting area and you get to the kitchen via the dining area. The double bedroom is along the hallway.

There is a private parking space for you to use at the back of the complex.

Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three Egmonds. It was originally a fishing village, but for more than a century now it has been a popular holiday resort. The Jan van Speyck lighthouse stands prominently on the boulevard and can be seen from throughout the village. The wide beach offers numerous pavilions and facilities for sailing and surfing. The village offers the holidaymaker plenty of entertainment. There are terraces, restaurants, a sub-tropical swimming paradise, sports facilities and a shopping district with something for everybody. And where Egmond aan Zee ends, the natural beauty of the North Holland Dune Reserve begins.
