The headquarters of Gassan Diamonds is situated in a historic formerly steam-driven diamond factory, just around the corner, which is open for visitation daily. There are many other sites of interest nearby, such as the NEMO museum, the Jewish Historic museum, The Museum of the Resistance (Verzetsmuseum), the Carre theater, and many more.

As a note, this boat is not suitable for families with small children that cannot swim. In this case being a boat is something that has no influence on the quality of the heating and environment inside the apartment. The boat is very well insulated and has excellent heating and other amenities.
