This modern apartment is situated on the first floor of an apartmentbuilding on the Java island. This island borders to the IJ. One will reach the central station as well as the centre within twenty minutes by foot or five minutes by tram. Your apartment has a balcony from where you can enjoy the view on the IJ including sailing boats.

Location & area

Amsterdam has one of the largest historic city centres in Europe, dating largely from the 17th century, the Golden Age of the Netherlands, of which it was the focal point.
