The apartment consist out of 1 big space divided trough the kitchen and bathroom in the front and back. The apartment is a renovated original storage house, part of a great building which used to be a depot for the distribution of goods trough out the whole country. The residential is situated in the center of Amsterdam across the city zoo Artis. The area is quiet and safe and at only 10 minutes walking distance from the commercial center situated on a great spot for exploring the city. The 110m² apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single in the back area next to the bedroom. For an optional extra 2 persons there are 2 fold outs. The flooring is completely made from wood taken from the historical docks. The living area is basicly furnished with two couches, a saloon table and a wall closet. The kitchen is a open-plan kitchen with antique tiles privided with the basic necesities. Perfect for a small familly or group of friends.

Location & area

The center of Amsterdam is divided in a few sections of which the apartment is situated in the east part of the center. The area and its buildings were used as an entrepot-dok for storagement of all the import awaiting to be approved by Dutch government for distribution by boat trough out the country. Renovated twenty years ago the area is converted into a residential area with character buildings. Across the block is situated the City zoo 'Artis' a wonderfull escape for an afternoon pick-nick between the penguins and chimpanzees. With its Planetarium a very nice destination for everybody. The city center's commercial district is at 10 minutes walking distance.
