Overview
Right in the centre of Amsterdam you find this beautiful two room apartment, sleeping three. From your window, you can enjoy the view of the boutiques and shoppers during the day and the serenity of the city at night. The Dam Square with the Queen's Palace and Madame Tussauds, the Amsterdam Chinatown and the famous Waterloo Market are all within walking distance. If you like to visit a traditional Dutch food market, the historic Nieuwmarkt (New Market) is close by and worth a visit. The market has been in business since the fifteenth century. On Saturday's you find here an organic food market. In the summer time there is an antiques and books market on Sundays. The wonderful Waag Gatehouse is located in the centre of the square and was used as the city gate until the seventeenth century. Want to go for a bite? There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the New Market square and in the neighbourhood. If you do not fancy to walk all the time, the metro stop is just hundred meters away from the apartment.
The apartment is situated on the first floor. A cosy corridor provides access to the bedroom, the living room and bathroom. The living room has an open-plan kitchen, a dining table seating four, two comfortable chairs and a sofa bed. You also find here a multimedia corner with a flat screen and a PC with free access to the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals. The bedroom is located in the rear of the building to guarantee you a peaceful night. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath and a toilet.

Damage deposit 100,- euro (refunded at check out)

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
