Fresh and cosy, with great Dutch character, this delightful apartment in central Amsterdam also has its own small garden (14sqm) to enjoy the outdoors.

Two vibrant floors of bright space (which are in open connection with each other), interesting design pieces and soft furnishings, with wooden floors throughout, are perfectly balanced by its sunny garden. This charming apartment will give you the feeling of being home while visiting Amsterdam and is suitable not just for relaxing but also for working.

The open lounge has 1 sleeper sofa, 2 lounge chairs, coffee table, display unit, with pretty lamps, photoprints and plenty of natural light.Its dining suite has a table and trendy lounge seating for 4 persons.

The garden with table and chairs for dining and lounging. The garden has a door to the street, here you can shelter your byke.

Kitchen

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also fully equiped with:

Refrigerator, freezer within, gascooker, microwave/oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher.

Bed-and bathroom

On the lower floor, there is 1 double bed (very high quality), storage space, table and chairs, with access out into the garden.

In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 1 double bed.

The small bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin. The w.c. is seperated.

The apartment has a very laid-back setting, in a typical old Amsterdam canal house near to trendy cafes and shops in the newly fashionable docklands area and near to Plantage Buurt and IJ estuary.



Public transport nearby tram L26 (5 min. walk) takes you to Central Station in just 7 minutes, or tram L10 (at 40 meter) brings you in 10 minutes to Leidse Plein.



The Music Hall at the IJ live music venue on the water's edge of the IJ estuary, or the mill brewery 't IJ, Netherlands Maritime Museum, Tropenmuseum, Theatre Factory, Artis(zoo), Dapper Market, Supermarket, Bakery (7 days a week open from 7 to 19h, at 100 meter walk) are also located nearby in this up-and-coming area and on walking distance.
