Overview

Lovely apartment called "Comero" of about 55 mq; nicely furnished, it is located in the area called Old West, right next to the centre (5 minutes by tram or by bike). In about 10 minutes walk you are at the Vondel Park, where everybody enjoys walking, cycling or having picnics during warm and sunny days. On the J.P. Heijestraat, 5 minutes walk from the flat, there are many shops and coffee shops.





The flat is on the second floor, no elevator. At the entrance there is a hall that leads to the bedroom with a comfortable double bed + wardrobe; the next door is the lounge with wooden floor and an original wooden sofa in the corner, coffee table, double sofa bed and a big piano with high chairs in the opposite corner; from the lounge you go to the kitchen with sink, fridge, freezer, washing machine and door to the balcony; from the hall you can as well access to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a small group. No smoking in the apartment (smokers can use the balcony).
