Overview
This 2-story apartment is located on the Prinsengracht canal in a renovated monumental Amsterdam canal house.
Entering through the two glass doors on the ground floor, you step into the spacious, contemporary styled living room. In the front of the living room you will find a large wooden dining table and a second kitchen with coffee/tea corner, sink, dishwasher and fridge. In the sousterrain one wall is decorated with the original 400 years old brick stones what gives this room its authentic, historical touch.â¨In the back part of the apartment the seating area is located with sofa, design chair, flat screen TV, I-pod sound system and open fire place. The first bedroom has two twin beds (can be put together as one bed), a sink and a private bath tub with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (connected), a sink and a spacious walk in shower. On the second floor the spacious design kitchen is located with an attached roof terrace (outside private dining!). The kitchen has all utilities you may need such as Nespresso machine, dish washer, oven, large fridge, etc.â¨
This apartment is your perfect weekend holiday place in Amsterdam and can only be booked from Thursday afternoon 5 PM to Monday morning 10 AM. Even if it seems available online we will NOT accept other bookings that from Thursday till Monday!

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
