Our inn is situated in a 1895 mansion, renovated 2006, with a marvelous view over a nice town canal of Amsterdam at the east side of the center. Rooms at our bed breakfast in Amsterdam
The 2 rooms are decorated in art nouveau style. They are located on the 2nd floor: The Klimt room en Blue Art deco room both have good quality beds, their own seat and free coffee– tea facilities, flatscreen TV’s , Wifi and wardrobes on the bed and breakfast room. The bathroom is shared with the other room, if occupied. In our dining room we exhibit varying Dutch modern art.
Rates per guest for the bed and breakfast
For the first night you pay 45 (Blue green Room) or 55 € (Klimt room) per person per night for double occupancy. For single occupancy you pay 70 € (Blue green room) or 90 € Klimt room). The longer you are staying the more discount you will get. An elaborate continental breakfast and all taxes are included. Prices can differ during holidays. Shops, good restaurants, public parcs are nearby. Public pool is at 100 meter from the Bed en Breakfast. You can rent a bike (50 meter) nearby to go around like the Dutch do. The Zoo (Artis) is 2 tramstops away. Amsterdam is located about 17 km from Airport Schiphol and about 25 km from the sea with regular train connections. Taxi from Schiphol should cost around 45-50 Euro.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
