Overview
Aadrians apartment combines the privacy of an authentic, fully equipped Amsterdam Jordaan apartment with the personal touch of a B&B. The apartment has central heating, free fast internet-connection, cable television, radio, telephone (optional), modern private bathroom, kitchen with stove, microwave, coffeemachine, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, pans, dishes, cutlery etc. Breakfast won't be served, the fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of preparing breakfast, lunch or even dinner yourself.
You can choose between one or two single beds or one king size double bed.
Minimum booking 3 nights. Arrangements with extra beds can be discussed (children or extra person). Long term bookings possible.

The apartment is situated in the historical center: the Jordaan, a lively, picturesque, local, authentic, safe and friendly neighbourhood, scattered between and around the Amsterdam canals. It is just off the noisy commercialized tourist zone but with everything right on your doorstep: small streets and squares, tree-bordered canals, loads of monuments, a variety of small restaurants, bars, terraces and all sorts of shops (amongst which supermarkets, bakery, eveningshop, laundromat etc.). There is a streetmarket around the corner every Saturday (also organic food) and Monday (also fleamarket). The Central Train Station is only a 10-minutes-walk away. You can get everywhere easily by foot but if you prefer also by public transport.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
