The apartment is built close to our bungalow in a safe, spacious and quiet neighbourhood close to public transportation. 300 Meters from bus stop and about 600 meters from trainstation and small shopping centre (including supermarket, postoffice and pharmacy). The centre of the city, and main shopping street, is only a couple of minutes away by public transportation or bicycle. Almere is a young (only 25 years old) and very modern city that is fast growing (currently fifth largest city of the country with 180.000 inhabitants) and very close to Amsterdam. Almere has its own beach, lots of nature areas, and relatively more space and recreation facilities than any other city in Holland.
