Ta' Karmena is a two story villa and can be divided in two floors. The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms. 1 double bed, 2 twin rooms and a spare bed.It has 2 bathrooms a large kitchen and a large sitting room. Two balconies, one overlooking the pool area and the other overlooking the counry side. It is connected to the ground floor by 2 stairs. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms. 2 twin rooms and a triple room. It has 1 bathroom and a large kitchen living room. This villa has a pool with barbeque and sunbathing area. It is equipped with 2 TV's, DVD player,2 telephone lines, washing machine a ironing facilities. It is situated in a quiet alley in the Village of Xaghra in the Island of Gozo. It is situated just 1 min walk from restaurants, bars and pubs. It is also 1 min walk away from supermarket, grocers and pharmacies. It is about 300m away from the oldest standing temple in the world- the Ggantija temples. It is also close to horseriding facilities and just 5 min drive to the beach and also 5 min drive to the city centre where you can visit all the museums, shopping cultural and historical places.

Location & area

It is situated in Xaghra a village close to the nicest beach on the island Ramla beach. In this village you will find several tourist attractions such as the Ggantija temples which are part of the world heritage as they are the oldest free standing temples in the world.



It is also close to the famouse Calypso Cave where on can opt for a nice country walk to reach each. One can also see other grottos in Xaghra, such as Ninu's Cave and Xerri's Grotto both of which just about 200m away. Other attractions in this village are the windmill museum and the museum of Toys. The villa is just 1 min walk away from the village centre where one can find all the facilities needed. In the village square one will find several restaurants, bars and pubs. Two banks, a supermarket, grocers, butchers, pharmacy and also a petrol station. If you have children there is also a nice playing field just 5min walk away from the villa.



Xaghra is near the main town Victoria so with just a 5 min car ride you can visit the citadel and its museums as well as the market and the shopping centre. From the villa you can reach the closest diving centre with a 5 min car drive, adn gymnasium, tennis and squash courts and wall climbing facilities.
