Overview

We are a well established host family living in Pembroke, a very popular and central part of Malta for language studies. We offer accommodation and lodging services to foreign students learning English in Malta. Our house offers superb student accommodation and if you are seeking a host family for an English Language School in the St.Julians, St.Andrews, Swieqi, Paceville area we are just a handful of minutes away.

We promise you competitive prices, pleasant surroundings, privacy, good food, comfortable bedding and above all we speak English at home unlike most other host families in Malta.

Our location offers you close proximity to bus stops, shops, restaurants, and the most popular bars, nightclubs and discotheques in Malta.
We are four members in the family; husband and wife - Martin & Wenche and two children - Mark & Kristian. We also have three pets - two cats - Tom & Jerry, and a Basset hound named Barney.

We have 5 years experience as a host family in Malta and we have had students between the ages of 15 and 40.

The house was built in the 1980's and is very well kept and maintained. The two students bedrooms have just been renovated and there is a new large bathroom for the students' private use. The location of the house is excellent because it is close to everything. There is a small popular sandy beach 10 minutes away, bus stop to Valletta 8 minutes away, supermarket 1 minute away, and St. Julians with its nightlife, cinemas, bars, restaurants, discotheques, terraces and nightclubs 15 minutes away. (All time is walking distance)

Our accommodation is in the form of two double bedrooms. In total we have accommodation for four students. These rooms conform to standards laid down by the Malta Tourism Authority for a Malta host family accommodating language students. There is a private entrance at street level so students do not need to use the main entrance of the house when going out at night and for their own privacy. There is a newly made bathroom that is for the students' private use and there is also a small garden for reading and leisure time.
