Hi, the apartment is from Pacevill and from the commercial center of Bay street around 400Mt. Despite the proximity to Pacevill, the house is situated in a residential and calm zone in the place of Swieqi and to around 50 mt there are 2 markets and a Bus stop for Valletta. I can describe you in the detail the house: - new kitchen, complete of: refrigerator with freezer, oven and microwave oven,wash machine,(dishes, pots etc etc) - Saloon with bed couch for 2 person, reader dvd and tv, conditioned air and fixed telephone working with international phone card, great table. - Small study with internet position. - Balcony - bedroom with new furnitures and with bath-shower - new small bedroom (for 1 person) - other bedroom with matrimonial canopy bed. P.S. all the 3 bedrooms are endowed with new mattresses and lamps with fan . - Principal bath with tub - The apartment is to the second floor of a small villa with only 2 families. Naturally there are in endowment pillows, sheets, coverlet and blankets, tablecloths. I hope to have been the most exhaustive possible...
