The apartment is on the third floor with no Lift, but then it�s all in one floor.

There are 2 bedrooms.
1 double bedroom with ceiling fan and another spare bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1single bed. Fans are available

On the second terrace, the one by the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs and umbrella.

The penthouse is in Alfonsu Str road away from the police station area. Its 15minutes walk to the front promenade for shopping, you can have nice walks, nice restaurants to eat and drink. Its 15 min walk to the sea, where you can have a swim. It�s a 15 min walk to the Independence Garden, where you can rest, read and chat, and there are swings for children. Then its 30 minutes walk to Paceville St, Julian�s where Restaurants, Bars and Disco will stay open till early mornings.

It�s fully furnished with, micro wave, gas oven and hob, fridge, and freezer, solar for hot water, washing machine, cable T.V. ecc.
