Overview

Buses run just outside the apartment towards St Julians and St Paul's Bay in one direction and Sliema Centre and Valletta in the other direction. The apartment offers deluxe accommodation for up to four non-smoking adults or a family, having a large living room, designer fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), and balcony with limited side sea views The apartment is serviced by lift and intercom. The living area is air-conditioned (reverse cycle), as is the main double bedroom. The second bedroom enjoys a balcony and ceiling fan and heaters.


Accommodation comprises queen size double bed with reverse cycle airconditioning and ensuite bathroom and very spacious twin single bedroom with balcony and ceiling fan. Soft furnishings are insulated and thermal. The large main bathroom has combined lighting, powerful heating and extraction fan equipment, washer and dryer facilities and heated towel rails.


The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room is serviced with a powerful reverse cycle airconditioner that cools the whole apartment. It is ultra modern with all facilities, TV, DVD, stereo audio system. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and all modern amenities and appliances.

Shopping and night life entertainment are within walking distance or a short bus ride away. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment. Bus services to Sliema Ferries, St Julians, Valletta or further afield run every five minutes. Or hire a car; parking is available on request at a charge of Lm3.00 per day in the basement garage. There is plenty to see and do in Malta.
