Overview

We are a Maltese/Belgian host family and offer our guests comfortable home stay accommodation in our home.We live in a delightful,modern and spacious terraced house located in San Gwann just minutes away from the University of Malta and Mater Dei hospital. We have 2 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchenette and a large terrace at the disposal of our guests. All our rooms are furnished with 2 beds, desk and wardrobe, are well decorated and enjoy good natural light.
Rooms may be reserved on bed and breakfast, half board or self-catering basis. A well equipped kitchenette is available on the top floor for our self-catering guests who can feel quite independent and make themselves at home. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 gas burners, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer,toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking.
On the top floor of the house there is also a large sun terrace which our guests can enjoy.
wifi internet connection is also available in all rooms at a nominal charge and using your own laptop.
In our home English is the main spoken language but we are also fluent in Dutch,French and Italian. No one needs to feel left out.

We are located within 5 minutes walking distance from The University of Malta and main hospital making it ideal accommodation for exchange Erasmus students,elective medical clerkship students, interns or students on a practical training, English language students or holiday makers looking for a home away from home.
San Gwann is located in a central part of Malta, close to the lively towns of Sliema and St.Julians. It is served by 3 direct bus lines which go to Valletta, St, Julian's, Sliema and Mdina (the old capital of Malta)There is also a bus terminus close by which goes to most parts of the Island.

San Gwann is a central little town in Malta, 2 Km away from the busy towns of Sliema and St. Julians. San Gwann is served by 3 direct bus lines 2 of which go directly to Valletta (the capital city of Malta) and one which goes to St. Julians and Sliema in one direction and up to the old Capital Mdina in the other direction.

There is also a bus terminus down the road with buses going to most parts of the Island each hour.

San Gwann is a busy little town and banks, post office and shops are within 5 minutes walking distance from our home.
