This 3 bedroom groundfloor apartment is ideal for families with young children or people having difficulty walking as it is level with the driveway.There are steps to the pool. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 walk in shower), large kitchen/sitting room, dining room, box room.
There is a large patio area infront of the apartment with garden furniture to enjoy dining al fresco.You can park your car just in front of the apartment and walk striaght in.
The villa is close to all shops,bars,restaurants,etc.Sandy beach is only 5 mins away with car or bus.Car is not a necessity although there is plenty of parking space in driveway or on the road.
The other 2 apartments in the villa are on top of this apartment and they interconnect to make 5 bedrooms.
