Description of the Ground Floor Apartment in Attard

The 2 bedroom apartment is an elevated ground floor masionette for short lets and long lets, facing green area with open views facing Rabat and Mdina.

When you enter you have an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with T.V.
Then you have a bathroom and shower.
The Main bedroom has 3 single beds. To make 1 double bed you need to move 2 single beds next to each other. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
In the 2nd Spare bedroom there are 2 single beds.
An extra bed can be provided in the living room
At the back of the apartment there is a yard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooker and gas hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, kitchen pots and utensils.
Iron and iron board and washing machine are available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
You need to bring your beach towels.
Fans are available.
Air-condition are available in the kitchen and in the main bedroom, but for these you need to pay extra. Depends how much unit you use, you will pay for it.
Attard is in the centre of Malta. A bus stop is 5 minutes away from the apartment, which takes you to Valletta and to Rabat.In the apartment can sleep up 6 persons.
The price for 2 persons is € 295 for 1 week
From the 3 rd person you must add € 15 per person per night.
Children under 6 years half price.

There is a € 200 breakage deposit. The breakage deposit will be given back to you before you leave the flat if nothing damage had been done to the apartment.

Transport from airport to the apartment is available on request
Car hire is available on request.
