The house’s walls and ceilings are plastered with fine gypsum and fitted all doors solid wood. The house has aluminum windows with louvers and doors in balconies. All outside walls are exquisitely plastered in Italian graffiato .

The kitchen is fitted with Miele® appliances which include separate built-in fridge and freezer, large electric hob with fully functional extractor, dishwasher, microwave oven and electric oven.
The living room is spacious and has its own airconditioning unit. It is equipped with a surround cinema sound system and large modern flat widescreen television set. The living room has an exquisite fully functional fireplace.
An important feature is the laundry room. Here you will find a washing machine and spin dryer and a telephone and intercom. On the roof you will find a clothes line for drying your clothes.
