Overview
Hacienda is a luxuriously finished semi-detached villa in a quiet residential area, in central Malta within walking distance of a supermarket, bus stop and other amenities such as pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger, stationery, post box, cafe etc. It is a highly finished and warm living space, typical of Mediterranean hospitality, with plenty of sunshine and an overwhelming atmosphere of tranquility and peace that will definitely add and enhance your stay and experience in Malta. The house's walls and ceilings are plastered with fine gypsum and fitted all doors solid wood. The house has aluminum windows with louvers and doors in balconies. All outside walls are exquisitely plastered in Italian graffiato .

The fully equipped modern kitchen also has an airconditioning unit. The kitchen is complete with granite tops, 2 kitchen sinks, and one with Insinkerator. There is also a separate tap for purified water (working on a built in domestic reverse osmosis). The kitchen is fitted with Miele® appliances which include separate built-in fridge and freezer, large electric hob with fully functional extractor, dishwasher, microwave oven and electric oven.
The living room is spacious and has its own airconditioning unit. It is equipped with a surround cinema sound system and large modern flat widescreen television set. The living room has an exquisite fully functional fireplace.
An important feature is the laundry room. Here you will find a washing machine and spin dryer and a telephone and intercom. On the roof you will find a clothes line for drying your clothes.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
