Attard 1st Floor Semi Detached Masionette with Pool

It’s a 1st Floor Semi Detached Masionette in a prestige villa area with whole roof in the Heart of Attard Malta with an Out door pool. Sleeps 6 persons
The bus stop is opposite the maisonette which takes you to Valletta Super market, pharmacy, butcher and stationery are opposite the apartment.

You enter into a welcome hall, and then you go up the stairs to the masionette. One can find a Living room with T.V. and open balcony.
Modern Full bathroom with a corner bath.
Dining Room with table and 6 chairs

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, kitchen pots and utensils, Iron and iron board
Bed linen and towels are provided.
You need to bring your beach towels.
Fans are available.

There are 2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room.
Both bedrooms have an open Balcony. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and leads with a spiral stairs to the out door pool.

The main bedroom is with a double bed and has an open front balcony as well.

The pool is 5 meters X 6meters
In the pool area there is a spare toilet with a shower

Pool towels are provided.

There’s a washroom with a washing machine and whole roof with village and country views.

The price for High Seasons for 1 week is € 1305
The price for Low Seasons for 1 week is € 890
There is a € 500 breakage deposit. this must b e given to us before entering the apartment. The breakage deposit will be given back to you before you leave the maisonette if nothing damage had been done to the Maisonette

Transport from airport to the maisonette is available on request
Car hire is available on request.
