Casa Eden is spread over 3 floors providing spacious accommodation in rustic surroundings.
It has very spacious bedrooms, a TV room with satellite TV and DVD player, a large kitchen, a dining room and a lot of outdoor space:
For your relaxation Casa Eden has at your disposal a terrace, a garden, a gazebo, a private swimming pool and uncomparable views.Florence (Km 45), Lucca(Km 55), Pisa(Km 50), Siena (Km 75) and the seaside are all within easy reach and just think, after the hustle and buslte of visiting such beautiful cities of art you can retreat to these tranquil surroundings and take a cool dip in the pool.

Casa Eden has a total of 6 very spacious bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed and a reading room with a double sofa bed. It has a total of 4 shower rooms, one of which en suite, and 2 cloakrooms.
It can accommodate a maximum of 17 people, however we accept booking for a minimum of 8 people.
The prices vary depending on the number of people in the party.
Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge and we can provide a cot and a high-chair.
The price of rental is inclusive of all mains services plus use of swimming pool during the summer months, while in winter we charge for the gas for central heating separately depending on use.
Linens and towels are provided with the exception of the beach towels for use at the pool.

we normally rent Casa Eden on a self-catering basis, but between the months of October and April we can rent it on a half-board basis. We can offer continental breakfast and a home made 3 course meal so that our guests can sample real Tuscan home cooking. We will be happy to provide cookery demonstrations of simple dishes (fresh pasta, tiramisù, etc.). Please contact us for more details.
