It could give hospitality up to 4 persons comfortably settled in two spacious double rooms both of them fitted up with ceiling ventilation that works with remote control. The others three rooms are: dining-room, kitchen and bathroom furnished with first quality and very new furniture. The dining-room presents relax given by two comfortable double sofas satellite color 21" TV and ceiling ventilation. The kitchen is completely equiped with household appliances, cutlery, dishes, glasses and pots 4 six persons, it consents to cook and have food in a functional and pleasant room. The bathroom completed with sanitary like: sink, toilet, bidet and small sitting-bath right to have a normal bath but could be used like a common shower too. Other services avalaible are: hot and cold water, gas heating, 220 volts AC, and fast ADSL internet connection through our network, included. Also included: sheets, towels for four persons changed weekly.

The apartment is located in a strategic position for everything you need and you want to do: 5 minutes from the only supermarket of Venice opened from 8AM to 8 PM 7/7; 5 minutes from the Ca' D'Oro public boat station where stop all the boat lines that transit the Canal Grande; 5 minutes from the Fondamente Nuove boat station where transit all the boat lines direct to the laggon's island (Murano, Burano, Torcello) and to/from the airport Marco Polo of Tessera; 5 minutes from the gondola service that cross the Canal Grande to the Rialto fish and vegetables market, near the famous Rialto bridge; 15 minutes of walk from S. Mark square; 10 minutes of walk from Rialto bridge; 10 minutes of walk from the ebrew's ghetto.
