Overview

We are situated in the historic heart of Venice, in a 16th century palace just beside the Grand Canal with a charming balcony and a little garden.

We have 3 luxury rooms available, all with en suite bathroom with large shower cabin or bathtub (also both!).
The rooms have king size bed, original venetian marble floorings and are equipped with authentic antique furniture and paintings.

Air conditioning, flat screen tv with hundreds of international satellite channels and broadband WiFi are among the modern commodities we offer to our guests.
Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00 directly in your room or in the elegant characteristic "salone nobile" and when possible in the charming garden.

All rooms are no smoking.
Availability of an extra bed or chidren-bed in all rooms.

Five minutes walk from the railway station (or only one busboat stop) and ten minutes from the Rialto's bridge, just beside the Grand Canal and all busboat lines to other Venice destinations, including San Marco the Islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello, Lido and the Airport (no bridges to cross)
Taxi boats can stop very close to the entrance, no bridges to cross.

We're close to some of the best restaurants in town. World famous "Vini da Fiore" is nearby, but there are also some small typical restaurants like "Refolo" "La Zucca".
In Campo San Giacomo (2 min) you can find all the facilities such as bank, supermarket, newspaper-seller and bakery.



Some of the most beautiful sites in Venice, like Tiziano's Chiesa dei Frari the beautiful San Giovanni Evangelista are around the corner but also the Jewish ghetto, the modern art museum and the amazing fish and vegetables Rialto's market are few minutes far from us .



The Biennale areas are in 30 minutes busboat distance.
