Overview

This is a lovely and typical venetian one bedroom apartment located in Campo San Barnaba and overlooking a small canal. The entrance that leads you to the apartment is a very cosy and characteristic. The apartment has high and beamed ceilings and it is a duplex; on the ground floor there is a laundry room, on the first floor there is a living room, a dining room with a balcony overlooking a canal, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate independent double bedroom (can be split in two twins) that can be available upon request with a surcharge with bathroom with shower and with a roof terrace with a stunning view on Venice where you can eat outside, relax and enjoy the sun.(please be aware that you have to cross the terrace to reach the bedroom!). It is decorated with great taste and charm.
