Bed and Breakfast Corte 1321 is a family run B&B offering hotel quality rooms, in Venice Italy. Located just minutes from the historic centre of Venice, B&B Corte 1321 is a quiet oasis in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Rialto Bridge is a five-minute walk and St. Mark's Square is only a 20-minute stroll.
In addition, Corte 1321 is very close to the San Silvestro Vaporetto (water bus) stop and can be reached without crossing a bridge. Those with luggage will find that very welcoming.
At B&B Corte 1321, you are welcomed into a delightful courtyard, which is awash in greenery and color. The courtyard is private, intended for the use of our guests only. And breakfast is served there daily (weather permitting) as well as available for an aperitivo in the evening or just a comfortable afternoon snooze.
B&B Corte 1321 is a part of a 15th century palazzo. The entire property has been recently renovated and the rooms are handsomely decorated, spacious, and filled with modern conveniences.
Each B&B room has been furnished with handmade beds and distinctive furniture keeping in the style of mixing the old with the new. All of our rooms have en suite bathrooms.
Free Internet is available at our Internet Point.
We accept requests for weekly rentals. Groups may be interested in renting the entire B&B as an apartment.

Location & area

By plane

From Venice's "Marco Polo" airport you can choose between the ATVO "Fly bus", which runs a regular service to Piazzale Roma (approx. 20 minutes) or the ACTV no. 5 bus which also goes to Piazzale Roma. Other options include the public "Alilaguna" motorboat which will drop you in St. Mark's Square in approx. an hour (S. Marco stop). From San Marco take the no. 1 vaporetto towards Piazzale Roma.



There is also a private water taxi (about 20 minutes) which will take you to the San Silvestro waterbus stop. From there it is a 4 min walk.




From "S. Angelo" airport in Treviso the ATVO company provides a regular, fast connection from the airport to Piazzale Roma on an air conditioned bus with plenty of baggage space.




Once you reach Piazzale Roma, take the no. 1 vaporetto- direction Lido to San Silvestro – one stop past Rialto.




By Car




If you come by car, you can park at Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma located after the "Liberty Bridge" which links Venice to the main land. To reach B&B Corte 1321, take the no. 1 vaporetto to San Silvestro - direction Lido – one stop past Rialto.




Train


From Santa Lucia station, take the no. 1 vaporetto- direction Lido to San Silvestro– one stop past Rialto.




FROM THE SAN SILVESTRO VAPORETTO STOP
Exit at San Silvestro and walk straight passing under a building "Sottoportego de la Pasina."

1. Make a left and a quick right into "Calle del Sbianchesisi."

2. Follow until you arrive into a small square "Campo S. Aponal."

3. Take the third left directly after the Pizzaria.

4. Follow the street until it ends.

5. Take the right and go straight until you see a small tree.

6. Address is San Polo 1321. It is a big, black door on your left-hand side. Buzzer reads "B&B Corte 1321".
