Nice brick Italian villa with an attractive garden, located in an elegant and quiet area, only 5 minutes away from Motorway Exit Udine Sud and just a few minutes' drive from the city centre, with good bus service.
In the house an independent flat with separate entrance and elegant interiors, is available for the guest only; it has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room, a kitchen for breakfast, and it can sleep up to six people.
The flat is for the guest use only (whether it is one single guest, a couple, or a large family group) and it is never shared with strangers.
