This wonderful property can sleep up to five people comfortably. It has an unusual downstairs party/dining room which is accessed from the patio which is private and overlooks the Apenine mountains. The managers of the property are able to provide party meals if required. Peace and tranquillity are assured in this panoramic house. While being tranquil it is not far from the local village of Trestina which offers all services. The historic town of Citta Di Castello is a mere 20minutes drive away. It is surrounded by 30 hectares of chestnut, and oak wood and 1O hectares of pasture. Completely independent and private, it has been restored according to original rural architecture using cotto floors, wood beamed ceilings and stone walls. There is a patio at the back where you can enjoy a beautiful sight of a spendid castle of the XVI° century. Bargi, its name come from Bargello (midlle-age gard's residence of Petriolo Castle), is situated in panoramic position surrounded by the Umbrian-Tuscan green hills.
