Overview

Enchanting stone country house framed by thick vegetation overlooking the winding river Tiber and the silvery olive groves that stretch down the hill. The view is breathtaking. Of the whole countryside house it is possible to rent 2 portions: ROSE or EMILIANO, which are independent from the rest of the house. They reflect the typical Umbrian country style both in the architecture and in the furnishings (early 20th century style): wooden beams, stone walls, terracotta floor tiles, wooden furniture. Green swelling undulating hills crown the valley underneath

The covered porch leads you into the ROSE portion: 1 double bed (king-size bed) in the living room, small kitchenette(stove, fridge, sink) 1 bathroom (WC, bidet, sink, shower) satellite TV

Amenities: Infinity swimming pool (6x12 m and 1.4 up to 2 m deep) opened from June to September, outdoor laundry, big communal freezer, covered porch for each apartment, garden furniture, outdoor shower, 2 BBQs, hairdryers, toasters, iron and ironing board, sat TV. PETS NOT ADMITTED
