The villa is a striking small granite building with a stunning old fashioned exterior, located in Cala di Lupo, a private seaside area some 5 km to the picturesque village of Stintino.



This area is prized for the island nature reserve of Asinara, and one of the most spectacular beaches in all of the Mediterranean – la Pelosa.


The villa has as one of its many assets a wonderfully shady garden, surrounded by lush vegetation, cacti, fig trees, and many varieties of flower. Garden and patio can be lit at night creating a magic atmosphere, with a fine portico for dining al fresco, and the roof terrace gives a beautiful panoramic view of the area.


Inside there is an open plan living room with hand woven carpets and a granite fire place, with separate dining room. The decor is ethnic with many authentic Sardinian objects and hand crafted wood cupboards or doors. The floors are made of artistic terracotta tiles. There are one double bedroom and a small bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed. There is also another bedroom with twin beds, which is small and would only be suitable for children. There is a bathroom, with shower, and also an external shower.



It is a peaceful and private area, beautiful and relaxing with an authentic feel of being close to nature, and a short walk down the pedestrianised road will lead you to a beautiful beach, where you can also find two swimming pools.


This villa would be very suitable for a family with children.

-From the airport of Alghero (Fertilia) in 40 minutes

-From Porto Torres (ferry/ship) in 20 minutes
