This property is located near some other villas, on the grounds of a larger master villa, in the midst of a hilly olive grove, on the way from Itri to Sperlonga, back to that large costal area half way Rome to Naples called the Ulixes coast, well known for its wild and white sandy beaches and rocky shore, for its unpolluted sea water.In the distance, during the clear windy days, the eyes space on the horizon on the sea, to the islands of Ischia, Ponza and Ventotene. Even so close to the sea the villas have access from a road that runs on the back of the hills (the last 400 metres are a dirt road to be driven with some care), 3,5km from the town of Itri on one side and 12km from Gaeta and Sperlonga and its beaches.
A car is needed.The interior surface is 50 sqm on the ground floor and 20 on the upper loft, a large terrace surrounds the house, ad the whole property lies on one hectare of landscaped estate.On the ground floor a large living room has sitting and dining areas and a cooking corner. On the same floor is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
On the upper open loft is a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.The villa was recently built, with high standard materials, the furniture tastily chosen.
